Struggling with his dual identity, failed comedian Arthur Fleck meets the love of his life, Harley Quinn, while incarcerated at Arkham State Hospital. . Additionally, Gaga talks about how she got into her dark persona and how she stayed in it. This initially led to speculation that Harley Quinn would appear in the film, which was soon confirmed. The name Folie a Deux comes from 19th-century French psychiatrists Charles Lasègue and Jules Falret.

The term was coined to refer to two or more people who share the same madness or delusion. The jury chairman refers to “People of New York”; instead of Gotham City. This is because New York State is the plaintiff in the criminal trial, and this version of Gotham City is apparently located in New York State (most versions place Gotham in New Jersey). Arthur Fleck: [Written as a snide autograph with a sad face] I HOPE you get cancer. The film opens with the Looney Tunes title sequence featuring the Warner Bros.
The film was a total flop
logo surrounded by rings and the Joker’s face. Starring the insane cartoon cast AniMat: Wicked Discovery of a Lifetime (2022). Merry We Roll Along Written by Eddie Cantor, Murray Mencher, and Charles Tobias. This was a complete waste of time. As a huge Joker fan, I was expecting a strong comeback five years later.
Save your time and money
Every time I thought the film was getting better, it got worse. Joaquin Phoenix’s performance was excellent, but the writing was terrible. It’s no fault of its own that Joker Folie A Deux is one of the worst sequels ever made. The film felt more like a showcase for Lady Gaga’s singing and acting skills, which isn’t great. I believe this could be the biggest flop of 2024.
